Why does my _app.js Script Evaluation time suck?

1. Does anyone else have a Script Evaluation time in their _app that is this high?

It was due to @emotion basically makes all the javascript bundles filled with CSS, which I had incorrectly assumed was built and compiled at build time and not on the client.
Switching to CSS modules resolved this for me. There are other good frameworks, like tailwind and Vanilla Extract which won't bloat your Javascript modules with CSS.
