As a designer, I've been tasked with leading a team to redesign an enterprise website that will be built on Sitecore XM Cloud. The client is still in the process of onboarding a development partner, but in the meantime, I'm trying to get ahead of the development process as much as possible.
1. Understanding the Page Builder: Since I don't have access to the new platform yet, I'm looking for more information about how the Sitecore XM Cloud page builder works. The screenshots on Sitecore's website are quite limited. Can someone provide more details or point me to additional resources that can help me better understand the page builder's capabilities and workflow?
2. Designer Deliverables: As a Sitecore developer, what kind of deliverables or assets would you typically expect from a designer before starting development? Is there a specific format or level of detail you would recommend for wireframes, mockups, or design specifications?
3. Components and Styling: In the Sitecore XM Cloud page builder, what are the "components" that can be used to build pages? Are these pre-built components that can be styled, or are they all custom-built? What level of customization is possible for these components in terms of styling and functionality?
4. Special Considerations: Are there any special considerations or best practices I should keep in mind as a designer working on a Sitecore XM Cloud project, particularly when it comes to collaborating with developers and ensuring a smooth handoff?
