Is there such a thing as a "silver bullet" on creating a NextJS web app?

I am looking for the best NextJS boilerplate that is stable, simple/practical, fastest development time, future-proof, has an active community and preferably open source. Closed-source is welcome as long as it's worth it.

I want to stick to only one boilerplate throughout all NextJS projects thrown at me but I don't know which would stand against all.

Usually projects will be medium-enterprise level. From blogging site to e-commerce to MLM web apps.
