Hello I don't really understand how to structure SEO when I have a main layout that uses:

export const metadata: Metadata = {
  title: "Virvelvind | Ditt utbud av närproducerat under samma tak",
  description:
    "Virvelvind är en e-handelsplats som gör det enkelt, roligt och lönsamt att köpa och sälja närproducerade varor.",
};

Now I want to use other metadata on for example my single page blog post. That has some data coming from our API. Do I use Head and title for this or how do I do it? Because right now the metadata from the layout overrides everything and nothing else than that is shown in the title and description.
