I reported this bug before with no response, still running into this again on latest stable version. I'm not sure how this bug slipped in, any tips?

Basically any page navigation performed via redirect from a Server action always consistently result in a 404 until you hit F5/refresh - the URL doesn't change, and the URL points to a valid page.

Very odd behaviour, annoying in a production library, gonna try rolling back to the most recent stable working version.
