I'm working on Next.js app development with a micro-frontend architecture. I've encountered an issue where the Ant Design (antd) theme is not properly applied to child apps within the micro-frontend architecture using the latest versions of Next.js and module federation packages. However, it works fine with Next.js 13.4.7 and Module Federation 7.0.8. I've reached out to the module federation team, and they've responded with a comment:
