Will Vercel ever support long running processes?

I can almost get away with using Vercel for everything: frontend, serverless... but not long running processes? With this ever be a thing?

I don't think so, the main highlight of vercel is serverless.
they aren't going to stop using serverless anytime IMO

I mean they can offer serverless but also just servers..
its not either or
well, it's their main business idea
if they offer just servers
there are lots of better options
if you want a server, use your own vps server
This question can only be answered by Vercel, we cannot influence their business decisions so you have to ask them
