We came across an issue where there are many orphaned pages.

Links in the navigation and footer are not being recognised as linked pages, resulting in the creation of orphan pages for all those links.
eg. in main navigation, all of the links in the dropdown menu are reporting as orphan pages

Product or Post cards on collection pages, after pagination, are not being recognised as linked and also result in those items being orphaned.

Has anyone else experienced this or know where to troubleshoot it?
