npm run dev not working

after i creted my next.js files (by doing npx create-next-app@latest), i run npm run dev and for the first seconds its fine, but then it throws a longass error, also if i try to go to the localhost it cant reach it

Ah @Silver Fox , remove that "!" From your code learning folder's name

strange, since ive done other projects in this folder and got no errors
