Thanks in advance! Are there the best practice how to make this animation with TAILWIND CSS and NEXT.JS?

Hello everyone! I'm facing an issues associated with Tailwind CSS mostly, I wanna create an Infinite Horizontal Scroll Animation with Tailwind CSS, but there's some issues in my code, almost everything is work okay, but then when I added duplicated ul tag in order to make this illusion of infinite scrolling, so then I'd like to separate these two ul tags without getting lost this effect, I've tried navigate by this article:
