I am using vercel free plan hobby plan, and i want to how much in numbers request the server can handle or the traffice. Like 5000 users at a time or something like this thanks in adavance.

Vercel can handle that. Keep in mind, that specific features are limited. For example only 1000 image optimizations in free plan. Or the middleware execution. Or …

No, I am using SSR heavily and currently doing Techincal SEO of my site. In the Search Engine Console i can see google complaning server connectivity issue. Is this could be of CPU Function that is very limited in Hobby/Free Plan ?
You might have something misconfigured and because of that there are connection issues. You might want to get to #vercel-help
