redirect from action doesnt work in production

Question

I have a redirect in a server action that works fine on local but in production it just seems to refresh the page.

I can see the response coming back with the X-Action-Redirect: which is set correctly but then for some reason it just refreshes the page I am currently on.

Any ideas?

I can't see any errors in my logs or anything to indicate what is going wrong
