Payment for project on pro plan?

If i have an pro account and there 3 projects should i pay then 3x 20$ or only paying for the pro plan 20$ dollar's and have generally limits?

No, it means you pay 20$/month for extended limits but you can still have as many projects as you want. Another thing to note is that you'll pay an additional 20$/month for any team member other than you, so if there are two people in your team your bill would be of 40$.
