Hey all. I'm having an issue with my website which seems to be working great on my personal pc using Chrome.

My partner's device is incredibly choppy across the whole website. I ran the performance monitor, checked resources in his task manager and updated drivers. The issue occurs during scroll events or animations on server and client side pages. I'm not really sure what other relevant information I can provide here as I don't know what's causing the issue.
