I'm using Next to create a fullstack application. The application works, but it's not very good looking as it's just bare html and some simple css atm.
What's the easiest way to quickly create functional good looking front-ends? (I'm ok with pretty trendy / generic looks and the use of templates if something like that exists)

I really like Tailwind UI. They have a lot of really good copy-paste components for frontends. They cost $300 one time.
