Migrate Next.JS 11 site to 12, to 13, to 14 or just straight to 14?

I've inherited a next.js site, v11, on lts/fermium -> it's a large jump, I'd like to get to v14, and on at least node v.18Is this a "rip the band-aid and go all out" or is it better to do a migration of major next version to next version?

To add to the insanity - custom express server. Iâ€™ve stepped back from the massive upgrade (everything broke) to minor bumps to handle audit flags, because itâ€™s going to be a pain to rewrite.
