Can you show some relevant code? Like what's inside your page.tsx file.

If your page is static for example, you won't see the loading ui

since it's within your /admin route, it should work when you're re-directing to that route from another

but also like @not-milo.tsx said: if there's no data being fetched, the page(s) would've already been pre-rendered (meaning there is not any actual loading time)
