I have this component, which allows for user input. Part of the user input allows for multiple timestamps.

I experience weird functionality when i do the following:
- Enter a relative timestamp
- Enter a non relative timestamp
- Wait for the relative timestamp to update
- Tab out of and back into the window or change any value on the page

My file is attached as i cannot pinpoint exactly where i'm going wrong. This is my first react/next.js project so i'm not expecting spoonfeeding but also pls don't be patronising. Thanks :)
