Has anyone ever received the following error:

Error: failed to receive message

Caused by:
- reading packet length
- timeout while receiving message from process
- deadline has elapsed

I am having extremely slow response on a project during dev to the point I can not do anything. Any ideas? I have included my profiling information in this https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/48748

But at this point this is not working well.
