Where does vercel host our websites? I have searched in google but I couldn't find and I don't remeber if vercel asks me to choose where to host.

nvm, just found the country where my website hosted in the settings > functions.

And they need to know where the servers are located? Not sure I have ever heard of that for a payment provider, they normally ask where you are located
