but what you listed in the question is a great setup and should be good to build anything you want :p

Supabase manages it all, but what if you want more flexibility... Then opt for auth.js with postgres or maybe even with prisma. (idk what zod is)

Indeed, having the knowledge of all those is not necessarily bad(infact it's really very cool), but having to use multiple db and auth services to do the same thing is kinda overkill in a project...
