Next.js newbie here

I was following the Dashboard app in the Next Learn docs and completed it

The final deployed version is

Only difference is I added a timeout of 5 seconds in the invoices page.tsx to fake a slow retrieve

When switching from Home to Invoices in the Navbar the timeout is run for 5 seconds and then only it navigates to the invoices route and render. From the client side how do i do an indication that it is loading

I also tried adding the timeout to the dashboard page

but here I cannot reproduce the earlier behavior. Here I'm redirected immediately to the dashboard route (say I come from Invoices page) and can see the dashboard skeleton components
