my old apps r working but if i make a new app and run it without changes, it starts giving me errors, any1 know y?

im using npx create-next-app@latest so latest?

i kept trying with different names in different places b4 i was having this problem when i was selecting page router but rn it was with both page and app

i tried different browsers but nothing was working

i restarted and checked again with pages router and it still didnt work

i deleted the document.tsx

and it worked
