Is possibile to get and image from vercel blob? or i need a database to store the blob urls?

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I need to do something pretty simple. I wanted to ask if anyone knows if there is a way to retrieve images uploaded to Vercel Blob or if I have to use a separate db just to store the URLs. I'm using React TypeScript and Next.js
