Website not working on computer

I deployed next.js website on vercel and there is something funny happening with it, It is working fine on mobile but not working on computer (only on few computers) and the most wierd thing is that it is working on vercel.app domain but not on the custom domain.

I created and deployed a next.js website on vercel, when I am opening it on my system it is working fine. But it's throwing a weird error on clients computer
Safari can't open page because the server where this page is located isn't responding

I can open your site with chrome and safari

But he is facing error on chrome as well

Is is possible that there might be issue with his IP? if so can we solve that?
