Hey guys this could be a bit out of context but,
What are the requirements for having Google Analytics on your website? Do you just need a banner informing all users about cookie collection at the minimum?

I think they have the strongest requirements.. there you need the acceptance from the user via a click . Only after you got that, you are allowed to collect data. You need to inform how you collect data in your privacy policy. You also need a cookie banner. Inside GA you need to use anonymised ips and max. 14 month data collection

that depends on where you are from. Are you from germany?
