How could I create this kind of slide?

As you can see on the image, there shows 5 div boxes, 4 shows full and 5 half.
But then they have arrows left and right, and then when I click on right arrow I will show the next 4 and the new 5 will be shown half with opacity 0.5 on the entire div.
How could I think, or create one like this?
is it whit scroll? is it with page?=1 page?=2 routing or how?
