Problems with implementing the backend of a monorepo

Hello, anyone here who has already deployed a monorepo project with backend and frontend? I need help, my front end is building, but my backend is not, the logs only show the frontend build. I even created a vercel.json for the backend, and it still doesn't start on deploy, if anyone has a solution in mind, or perhaps something that's preventing it, please let me know.

I'm going to change, but it still won't make that much of a difference, I've already opened about 3 posts asking for help on this same problem and so far I haven't received any help.
