Is it safe to use Link tag from nextJs and router.push as a onClick of same Link?

I ask this as I need Link tag to be used for SEO purpose. Router.push is required coz when I am on the same handle and Link tag has the url for the same handle, Link tag does not help me redirect/refresh the page and stays as is.
