Stuck process when running npm run build

when i run npm run build in my project it stuck on build
i have try to remove .next and build again, remove node_modules and install all the deps again, then build again
it takes around 40m in vercel then it gives me error
it still stuck on build
node 21.2.0
nextjs v13.5.2 pages directory
dont know how na fix this, i have try to use yarn and it still stuck
it runs normally in dev mode

my laptop feel so hot when it stuck, my nodejs also using 100% of cpu, the i decide to exit the process :(
idk how vercel server feel like, it stuck 45m omg
