Is Partial Prerendering actually released?

i mean isn't it behind a flag, but that doesn't really matter as OP's message is deleted 😭

Next.js Learn docs only mentions how it will work but no flag or implem

yeah so the flag only works in canary yet

it will probably be actually released in 14.1
