I'm trying to follow the tutorial [here](https://nextjs.org/learn/dashboard-app/getting-started) but I get a page with an oversized right-pointing arrow. I suspect Tailwind isn't kicking in. Nothing unusual shows up on console nor the network tab.

What could be wrong? Trying this on an aarch64 Ubuntu 22.04 and followed every step correctly. Node v18.18.2, NPM v9.8.1
