Running on docker throws import errors

I am trying to run my app in development on Docker, but I get
./src/app/globals.css
Module parse failed: Unexpected character '@' (1:0)
> @tailwind base;
| @tailwind components;
| @tailwind utilities;


If I run it locally, it works.
