You meant create-react-app (which is not react)? While your question is allowed here, I think support communities for create-react-app are more likely to give you helpful answers
This server is specialised for nextjs the react framework, not create-react-app

I don’t know. I don’t use it so I don’t need to know it that’s why I never looked for it
