Nextjs app is not hot reloading !

my nextjs doesn't hot reload on page file update. it says "compiled" in the compiler.

nextjs version : 13.5.4
react: 18^

The solution was person said was installing node 20

im on 18.17, and I have no problems
But I remember, I had some issues with app folder before on 16
after you reinstall node, delete .next again
even you could have said "i dont even bother seeing" but u didn't 🫡
