Upgrading from 13.4.19 to 13.5.1 broke my app

Anyone else experienced this issue? I've tried updating to all releases that are newer than 13.5.1 also with same result. The app renders but the 80%+ of the components/content thats fetched on all routes no longer render. Any ideas? I've reverted back to 13.4.19 meantime.

without actual errors its impossible to know the problem

Im not getting any errors in console, network pane, terminal. Not sure.
I can say that the content was being fetched via useEffects from Sanity CMS
Its just 80% blank white page
