Issue with fullscreen Apple Web App (Save to Homescreen) and routes/links opening Safari toolbars

When creating a Homescreen app on an iOS device it loads up fine but when you click any link which is using Next/Link the Safari toolbar pops up when it shouldn't. Has anyone faced this issue before?
