We changed nameservers and added the dns records 50+ hours ago and we still can't see the website? The other domain is working btw. What should we do to fix this?

it's a too many redirects error, https://dailyroleplay.store is producing a 308 permanent redirect to itself - try clearing cloudflare caches or turning off the cloudflare proxy if you don't need it

Thx for your reaction, we disabled the proxy for the upper DNS Record but it still gives me the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
Eurasian Blackbird
doesn't appear to be any issue in your DNS from what I can see
it's definitely reaching vercel's server
just checked again and it's looking proxied now
American Fuzzy LopOP
So its still proxied
But we turned it off
Eurasian Blackbird
I'm seeing these IP addresses now, which must be cloudflare proxies
we should expect to see the vercel IP of 76.76.21.21
"cloudflare" is being sent back in the server header
American Fuzzy LopOP
So what can we do about it?

These are our DNS Records

Yes we did now and waited 30 seconds (Purge Everything) but we are still seeing the same ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
Eurasian Blackbird
just checked your nameservers and they're definitely cloudflare
just in case you'd moved the nameservers to vercel and it had copied an old set of records
idk how, but it's not doing what it should be with the cloudflare settings - if you have proxying turned off then a resolve-dnsname in powershell should show the vercel IP
American Fuzzy LopOP
Oh, so what is the next step. Just wait?
Eurasian Blackbird
checking the vercel IP directly does still give a redirect though
idk why your cloudflare is still showing as the server, but vercel is definitely doing something wrong too
ohhhh
American Fuzzy LopOP
But we did nothing wrong right?
Eurasian Blackbird
does your cloudflare send HTTP or HTTPS requests to vercel?
because if your cloudflare is set up to proxy, and is terminating HTTPS, and then sending an HTTP request to vercel, you're going to get the HTTP->HTTPS redirect
American Fuzzy LopOP
Where can I see that?
The CNAME www does the job
Oh wait idk
No idea where I can find cloudflare's requests

go to
you want HTTPS between cloudflare and your origin server
or, you need to get the cloudflare proxying to turn off
idk if there are other problems that happen with cloudflare proxies in front of vercel
American Fuzzy LopOP
we just turned off cloudflares proxying
But this doesn't happen with my other websites

what mode is your SSL/TLS on?
American Fuzzy LopOP
Working
Thx man!
Eurasian Blackbird
no problem 🙂
American Fuzzy LopOP
The problem was indeed the SSL/TLS encryption on Flexible instead of on full.
You really helped us out here
Thx!!
