NextAuth.js vs Auth.js for a new Next 13 with App router?

I am going to build a new website and don't know if I should use NextAuth https://next-auth.js.org/ or Auth https://authjs.dev/ ? Is Next Auth more feature full? Should I stick with it or go with the new Auth.js?

as it says, it'll probably point you back to next-auth since they are still migrating docs

their docs are confusing as it is, i'd stick with next-auth docs
