This is initial repo . What I miss it

@Giant panda could you try deleting the node_modules folder and then running npm install

Everything deleted and reinstall, node_modules and .next folder

I have no idea, does yarn run dev produce the same behavior too?

I dont know but reboot my computer I fixed issue
