Not found (404) page is not using root layout when opening page directly.

Hi everyone, My custom not-found page is working fine when I navigate to it using Link, but when I load it directly using Url, it only shows content from the not-found.js file without wrapping it in content from the Layout file. I am using NextJS v13.4.13 App Router.

Thanks, It worked. I thought I was using the latest version, but for some reason, NPM was not installing the latest NextJS without specifying the version.
