I'm having an absolutely terrible time getting pages to cache/revalidate with Next 13 app router and Vercel. Looking at the Vercel deployment summary, most of the pages are showing as functions and the blog is showing as an ISR function. What would be causing this? Can't find any documentation surrounding ISR with the app router.
