Recording an Arcade demo doesn't work in my NextJS app.

I can't make it work for my NextJS app. My app is deployed to Railway.
This is what I do:
1. I press the extension and start recording
2. Nothing happens for a while (I don't see the countdown thing)
3. Then the window gets a yellow border after like 20 seconds
4. I click around and do things in my app, and finish the arcade recording
5. It opens in a new tab, but the demo is not interactive.
Could anyone have an idea why it's not working?
