Help with Project stack

Hey there, I'm diving headfirst into full-stack development, and I could really use some guidance. Here's the story: I've been a front-end developer specializing in React, but due to my job circumstances, I've been thrust into the world of full-stack development with just one month to deliver a project. The task at hand is to create a straightforward platform where users can browse and explore products (think of it as an e-commerce site without payment processing). Additionally, it needs to be lightning-fast and SEO-friendly. To achieve this, my client has requested the ability to manage a blog, including adding, deleting, and updating posts. The same level of control is needed for product management, including titles, short descriptions, long descriptions, and tags.

I'd like to implement a headless CMS that the admin can access at a dedicated domain, say "admin.example.com." This CMS should facilitate all the functionalities mentioned above. I have a strong background in working with React, and I'm comfortable with setting up a new app structure in Next. Still, I could really use some guidance on critical decisions, such as the choice of database, whether I should use tools like Prisma, what should I use Strapi or Sanity, and most importantly, a roadmap to get started. Given my tight timeframe, any recommended resources for accelerated learning would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking forward to your valuable insights and advice! 🚀
