NextJS site is lightning fast but still getting a 42 in PageSpeed Insights performance score. Help?

Are any of you running Next apps that have high performance scores as judged by Lighthouse or Pagespeed Insights? And if so, what did you do to pump that number up?

See what is causing the low speed, it could help if you try to go to the network tab and see what is hogging the load and prevents it to fully finish loading your page
