pm2 module with nextjs

i need to use the pm2 module in my nextjs website but when i use any pm2 function it gives me this error:

Caused by:
    Syntax Error

NOTE: pm2 works normally when i use express.js as a backend, but gives this error with nextjs, either on server component or api route
