Hello, is anyone knows what is the current status of 'pages' dir and app dir, will it be deprecated in future (which future), or is there a plan to revert everything back to pages dir or at least keeping it as is as a option, thanks.

pages dir isn't going anywhere for now but will surely be deprecated in future versions. Right now you can use either of them depending on your preference.

will it be deprecated in futureno one has confirmed whether it will be deprecated, but [it will continue to be supported for several major versions](https://nextjs.org/blog/next-13-4#is-the-pages-router-going-away)

well, i saw react is still at 18.2 (server components experimental) status, i dont know when those will stable or maybe even they will quit from this Server Components idea, thats why i am asking to a maintainer or admin
