Now I am working on Next.js 13 project.
In my project, not-found page is not working well.
I defined header part in layout.tsx.

But In this link, header is not displayed.
http://localhost:3000/fadsf

and for another link, header is displayed but, tailwind class is not working.
This page is blog detail page, if there is not matched blog, it will display not-found page.
ex: http://localhost:3000/blog/dfadfad

I am struggling for 3 days to fix this issue.

If anyone can solve this problem, Please help me.
