When I visit my Catch-all Segments route which is posts/[...slug]/page.tsx and the url is like /posts/react/react-rerender, what I got for slug is [ 'react%2Freact-rerender' ], the expected value should be ['react', 'react-rerender']. Note this just happen on vercel, it work fine on my local machine no matter in dev mode or not.
