Hi, all of our Vercel builds are failing with the following error:

The file "/vercel/path0/.next/routes-manifest.json" couldn't be found. This is often caused by a misconfiguration in your project.

The suggested wiki page for dealing with this error has nothing to do with our actual configuration.

Whenever we re-deploy or clear the Vercel cache, the error goes away. So we basically have to redeploy every PR.
